gc's fast, i don't think JIB will be able to handle gc's o/d line at all, no questions ask, gc's very much the nastier team up front

Not disputing your argument or anything, but adding Clintwood to that stat is irrelevant. They were up 28-3 at the half and kind of put it on cruise control in the second.

& against lee...gate city was in control that whole second half. so 3/5 were correct and 3/5 were teams we played away, and(im makeing and excuse of course) played our worst football. I mean gc away is like...non-compareable to GC at Legion field.

Butttt the games tommarow, burton brings a great QB, and some mean skill players, with a fast defesne, and great special teams, all to legion field, gate city will have to put a game together and play like we have all season at gc, mabye we get the w, mabye burton does, good luck to both teams

Don't look at the PV game and judge this team from that. PV has GC's # right now. PV is in their heads. It's like everyone is waiting for something bad to happen and once it does the game is over. GC starts turning the ball over and giving up big plays. Kind of like UT and Florida.

I don't think you will see that GC team tonight. GC is a little undersized but they are scrappy, tough, hardnosed football team. If burton gets up early it could be a easy win. But if you let GC hang around. It will be a tight game. Which is what I expect. I do think Burton will win the game. But GC will give them all they want. They won't be intimidated like you seen agaist PV. Just not enough history with Norton to be intimidated.

So they won't lay down.... What do you call a 24 pt second half? or Watching a player return a fumble 48 yards and not really giving chase with their skill players? Or what about your qb ducking out of bounds when his team is down and not trying for the extra yards so he did not get hit like he did last year? And last but not least down 17, 3rd down and 8 in the begining of the 4th and it parks up the middle with 8 in the box. I don't know what you call laying down but all of the above apply to me.

Burton needs another tough physical game as they get ready for the playoffs. Smash mouth with Gate City will prepare the Raiders for what they will face if they make it to the big dance. Champions are peaking this time of year and it is no time to slack off. May the best team win and hopefully no injuries.

im afraid it was a little more thansmash mouth , i think the raiders lost all their teeth tonight. Again it looked like parks and company have a long memory as to how jumbo ran the score up last year.
